1. Services Offered

BoostBerries provides digital marketing services, primarily social media boosting (e.g., Instagram followers, likes, views, etc.). These services are intended to enhance online visibility and engagement.

2. Eligibility

By using our website and services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.

• You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

• You will use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

3. Orders and Payments

• All orders placed through BoostBerries are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

• We accept secure payments via UPI, Razorpay, or other authorized payment gateways.

• You must ensure that all information provided during checkout (Instagram handle, quantity, etc.) is accurate.

4. Delivery & Timelines

• Most services are processed and delivered within 1–48 hours, depending on the package.

• Delays may occur due to platform restrictions or incorrect user input.

• We are not responsible for downtime or service delays caused by Instagram or other third-party platforms.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• We do not offer refunds once a service has been delivered.

• Orders that are not delivered due to incorrect information will not be eligible for a refund.

• In case of service failure (non-delivery), please contact us within 48 hours with your order ID.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal or malicious purposes.

• Resell our services without permission.

• Violate the terms of any third-party platform (e.g., Instagram’s community guidelines).

• Share any personal or sensitive data that may compromise your own or others’ safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

BoostBerries will not be held responsible for:

• Account bans, shadowbans, or penalties due to third-party platform policies.

• Losses or damages caused by misuse of services.

• Technical errors beyond our control (e.g., server issues, Instagram updates, etc.).

8. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue any part of the website or services without prior notice. Prices and packages are subject to change at our sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, design, and text, is the property of BoostBerries and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services if you:

• Violate these Terms,

• Use our services for illegal activities,

• Submit fraudulent or misleading information.

11. Platform and Legal Liability Disclaimer

• BoostBerries is not responsible if your Instagram, Facebook, Google, or any third-party platform blocks, restricts, or bans your account.

• We have no control over the internal policies of Meta, Google, or other platforms.

• We are not responsible for any legal issues, financial losses, or penalties that may occur due to the use of our services.

12. Content Responsibility

• We promote your page by delivering followers, likes, or views — but the real growth and engagement depend on your content.

• We do not guarantee viral or organic growth as a result of our services.

• Creating high-quality, engaging, and consistent content (especially videos) is key to building a loyal audience.

• Promotion can help with visibility — but value must come from you.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

14. Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the BoostBerries Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

14.1 Eligibility

• Anyone can join the program for free.

• Affiliates must provide accurate details during registration.

• BoostBerries reserves the right to approve or reject any application.

14.2 Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a flat 15% commission on the final sale value after discounts (excluding taxes, shipping, or payment gateway charges).

• Commissions are only applicable on successful, completed, and paid orders.

• Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will not generate commission.

14.3 Payouts

• The minimum payout is ₹50. Affiliates can withdraw once their balance reaches this amount.

• Payouts are processed via UPI/Bank Transfer.

• Processing time for payouts may take 7–15 working days after a valid request.

14.4 Affiliate Responsibilities

• Affiliates must use their unique referral link to generate sales.

• Affiliates are responsible for promoting BoostBerries ethically and legally (no spamming, misleading claims, or fake traffic).

• Affiliates must not use paid ads targeting BoostBerries’ brand keywords without written approval.

14.5 Tracking & Reporting

• Sales and commissions are tracked via the affiliate dashboard.

• BoostBerries is not responsible for lost tracking due to technical issues, ad blockers, or user errors.

• Final commission reports as per BoostBerries’ system will be considered valid.

14.6 Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates cannot make false promises or misrepresent BoostBerries’ products/services.

• Affiliates cannot engage in fraudulent activities, such as self-referrals or fake orders.

• Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

14.7 Modification & Termination

• BoostBerries reserves the right to update commission rates, rules, or terms at any time.

• Affiliates will be notified of major changes via email/portal.

• BoostBerries may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for violation of these terms.

14.8 Liability Disclaimer

• Affiliates act as independent promoters, not employees of BoostBerries.

• BoostBerries is not liable for any tax obligations, damages, or claims arising from affiliate promotions.
